The Norwegian rock band Maldito was formed in Liverpool, where they met as students at the Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts. With inspiration from different genres, the band fuses a mix of rock, prog and blues into their unique live expression. With energetic concerts and well-written events, they appeal to both younger and older generations. The long-awaited debut album "Heartlands" was released in spring 2021, and has garnered very good reviews. Since its inception in 2015, the band has played countless concerts and festivals, and toured at home and abroad. The most notable ones include Øyafestivalen, Notodden Blues Festival (where they won the Union Blues Cup 2018), Norwegian Blues Adventure in London, Eutin Blues Festival and Irschenberg Festival in Germany. Maldito upcoming album "Contact Light" is set to be released in May 2024. Here and the band is going in a new and exploratory direction. The band plays more with sound, time signatures and genres than before, while retaining a good foothold in the blues rock they came from.

We have been a band since 2015, and have done several tours and gigs in Norway, Germany, UK og the US.
Besetzung
We're four people playing in the band. Two guitars, bass and drums, as well as one main vocal and two backing vocals.
Repertoire
We can do live sets from 45 minutes up to two or three hours.
Logistik und Ausrüstung
For smaller payment gigs, the venue needs to sort out backline. For bigger payment, we band can provide backline. Travles expenses needs to discussed from contract to contract.
Aufbau und Verstellung
Minimum 20 minutes. Preferably 1,5 hours. But this can be discussed from contract to contract.
